Android 11 will add a recycle bin to your smartphone!

Well, it's hard to find someone who doesn't know about the recycle bin. The recycle bin feature has been around since the beginning of the desktop operating system Windows or Mac OS. Basically what happens when you delete a file and move it to the recycle bin without permanently deleting it from the operating system. As a result, if you accidentally delete something, there is a chance to get it back.

Android 11 beta version has been released on some selected devices. This beta version highlights many of the new features of Android 11. And this time it's new recycle bin feature has come up. With which you can quickly recover deleted files in just a few taps.

As I said before, Recycle Bin is like a trace folder for Windows or Mac OS. Your deleted photo, video, or any other file will be in this trace folder for 30 days. You can quickly bring them back if you want. Some Android and iOS apps have the Recycle Bin feature automatically.

Google Drive and Google Photos are one of the biggest examples of this feature. If a user accidentally deletes a file from Google Drive or Google Photos, it goes to the app's own truss folder. After that, it can stay there for 30 days, and you can bring back the files whenever you want.

Deleting a file on the current Android is very difficult to recover. Because the operating system completely erases the file. If you don't have a backup before, you won't be able to get the file back. Deleted files can be recovered using specialized software on Android. But that is not a 100% sure means.

Adding this recycling bin to Android 11 could be a much more functional feature than Android currently works. This will make the user feel a peace of mind all the time. If a file is accidentally deleted, it may be possible to restore it easily.
